While we don’t publicly share every step our unique processes, we have created a video that walks you through the Custom Replica Process.
Most products in our general shop ship within 1 week. This does not apply to shoulder mounts which are each made to order. For all other products including Custom Mini Replicas, our team averages a 1-2 month turnaround time depending on the complexity of your replica, etc. Note: we are not able to start on any orders where the photos have not been received for processing!
We do! For Custom Minis, all orders of 2 or more receive an automatic 10% discount that will show up at checkout. We also have discounted pricing for Mini Muleys Partners that specialize in Taxidermy, Outfitting, or would like to purchase Minis for retail. In short, we only need photos taken with your smartphone in order to create your Custom Replica. We can create a wide variety of replicas from Sheds to Euros, to Full Shoulder Mounts. So even if you only have the antlers or a skull cap, we can create any of the above options for you! It’s always super rewarding to take a skull cap and bring them back to life as a Shoulder Mount. Whatever the end result you would like, we can make it happen!
We wish! In order to successfully create the rendering and base shape of your animal, the photos need to be taken as shown in our tutorial videos.

Out of hundreds of Custom Replicas completed, we have yet to have a single customer that we were not able to help get successful photos.
We do! As of March 2022, we have opened up the option for international shipping. Simply select the option when checking out and we will do the rest!
We have always stood behind our products, even when the issue may have not been our fault. While the majority of Minis make it safe and sound, we have included an insurance option through Route (Added May 1, 2022). For a small service fee, you can now select at checkout to protect your order so that in the event that something is damaged in shipping, you can place a new order without paying a penny more.
We plan to in the future! For now, we are focused on antlered or horned species.
